It is very difficult to find the right medication. Each person is different. Even if a medication works for awhile the body changes and so does the effectiveness of medications. My daughter has tried many different medications and she still has some psychosis. Unfortunately, she had an allergic reaction to a new drug that it out, Cobenfy, we were hoping it would be a miracle drug but it wasn't. It is a challenge to find the "perfect" medication since they also have side effects. Keep trying, don't give up, medication is the answer!!
